90 - 120 Gram Pacific
This small size mackerel is usually referred to as “Tinker Mackerel”. It is Individually Quick Frozen and packed loose in a 50 Pound carton for easy access without having to defrost a large block.

300-500 Gram Pacific Mackerel (Scomber japonicus)
This product is bulk packed in a 50 lb. cardboard carton as a single frozen block. Each block consists of approximately 45 whole pieces of mackerel.
